5 baking tips you need to know
1. Use PORTION SCOOPS to get the perfect COOKIES and MUFFINS
Get the perfect cookie 15 baking tips with Portion Scoop
When you use a scoop to shape the dough, your cookies look
better and bake more evenly. These spoons also ensure that your muffins are
perfectly dispensed and that the batter does not spill over the sides of the
cup.
Use a large spoon of muffin batter or two smaller biscuit
spoons. If you don't have a scoop, you can also use an ice cream scoop.
2. Use page paper to connect each PAN
Parchment is a heat-resistant, non-stick paper that is one
of the best tools available for baking. The non-stick pan liner allows you to
easily remove the cake from the pan and make cleaning easier after cooling.
A piece of parchment can be used to repeat a batch of
biscuit dough, but you can only add a cake pan to each cake.
3. Freeze butter and grated cheese to make eggs easier
Applying butter to flour dough is daunting for many bakers -
using your fingertips to knead butter into flour requires some practice to be
right. You can use a food processor to break down the cold butter, but it is
easier to add the butter to the flour mixture.
After the butter is ground, stir well with stirring until
the dough is fused together.

Baking Tips
Breadcrumbs are a very thin layer of icing that is used to
capture all the breadcrumbs from the freshly baked cake before the last thicker
icing layer.
Spread a thin layer of icing on your layer cake and cool for
at least 30 minutes to set the icing. When you are ready to frost, all the
crumbs on the cake will get stuck in the cold frosting - your frosting will be
perfect. (This is a more detailed tutorial.)
5. Spray the measuring cup with a cooking spray
If your recipe requires peanut butter or honey, it may be
difficult to remove it all from the measuring cup and put it in a bowl.
By spraying the measuring cup with a cooking spray, these
viscous ingredients will be cleaned and released easily. Don't worry, a small
amount of cooking spray will not affect your recipe.
